Basket Construction:

  • 3/16” Carbon Steel perforated plate with 1/8“ holes
  • 1” spacer support bars to separate basket from hopper
  • 4 basket lifting eyes
  • 1-1/2” formed top lip secure and support basket to hopper

 

Hopper Construction:

  • Water tight 3/16” Carbon Steel Box with 3/4” drain plug
  • 3/8” Laser cut single piece gear style rockers
  • 1/4” Formed Steel Base: 41”W x 50”L
  • Fork pocket opening: 30”W x 2.75”H
  • Formed top rails: 1-1/2” x 1-1/2”
  • Big & Easy pull-down handle release with safety chain

 

Product Use:

These hoppers are used in dewatering and liquid separation processes. The interior basket allows for separation of solids from water or other liquids as they pass through the basket. The solids collect in the basket and are easily dumped with a fork lift.
